Description:
Male physicians are up to 10 times more likely than female physicians to hold leadership positions, highlighting a persistent gap in recognition and advancement. Lower rates of self-nomination among women are one outcome of the systemic and institutional factors that contribute to gender-based disparities within medicine. To help address this resulting barrier and increase the likelihood of self-nominating for awards and career opportunities, this
